Request account and data deletion
Use this form to request deletion of a RacePace coach or athlete account and the associated app data. You can use it while signed in or from any browser.
This submits a verified deletion request, not an instant wipe. RacePace will confirm the identity and authority of the requester before deleting data. Coach-account deletion may affect athlete access and training records, so it requires additional verification.
What is deleted after verification
- The requested profile and login credentials.
- Associated workout completions, messages, races, shoes and athlete-specific planning data.
- Stored FIT files and location/workout records associated with the deleted athlete account.
Some information may be retained where required by law, to resolve a legal claim, or temporarily in backups until the normal backup cycle overwrites it. See the RacePace Privacy Policy.
